Get to Know Kelly
As a third-generation attorney, Kelly Lenahan was always destined for the courtroom. She has spent the last two decades as a passionate advocate for her NEPA community in a wide variety of complex legal matters. Over the course of her career, Kelly has maintained a personal, hands-on relationship with her clients with an emphasis on communication throughout the litigation process to ensure that client needs are met and the best outcome is achieved.
One of Kelly's greatest strengths as an attorney is her ability to tackle complicated, challenging cases of all kinds. She has successfully represented injured victims of complex personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, automobile collisions and premises accidents.
Additionally, Kelly has extensive experience as a family law attorney, for which her bachelor’s degree in Psychology has made her particularly well-suited to handle the unique, sensitive challenges that arise in such cases. Kelly’s practice is focused on custodial and domestic disputes, and she has successfully represented parents in Children and Youth Services (“CYS”) cases as well as Protections From Abuse (“PFA”) matters. Kelly also serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem to determine the best interests of children who are involved in complicated custodial disputes.
Kelly has received recognition for her commitment to excellent legal representation in her community. She was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers for her outstanding qualifications, trial results, and leadership in 2012. In 2016, the Lackawanna County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division named Kelly as the recipient of the Margaret M. Gavin Award in recognition of her “exemplary service and dedication to the community, the courts, and the bar association.” Kelly has also received numerous honors from The Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (2010, 2013-2017) for her legal work.
Kelly has also been a frequent speaker at legal seminars to educate the legal community in the areas of personal injury law and legal ethics.

Recent Review
"Kelly was very specific on what we needed to do and she didn’t do anything without consulting us first. I also loved that she talked to us like a friend and not like someone who knew way more than we did! I would highly recommend Kelly to represent you!"
